Directing the company's public and private channels.In the purchasing department of materials for resale, our main activities are:- Coordination of purchases of products for resale.- Forming partnerships with potential partners and maintaining current partners.- Product portfolio development.- Monitoring the performance of the portfolio.- Choice of pricing strategy for different markets.- Monitoring of CMV.In the private commercial department:- Definitions of commercial strategies.- Portfolio definition.- Formatting and tracking goals.In the public commercial department:- Formatting the pricing of products for all states of the federation.- Development of partnerships with laboratories for public channel.- Tactical monitoring together with regional managers to cover the area of operation.- Monitoring and development of goals.- Monitoring of current public contracts.- Responsible for the contract development strategy.- Monitoring of post-contract complications.Being part of the company's performance analysis committee, with emphasis on COGS management, logistics costs and other items that directly influence the profitability and health of the company.Also acting as institutional representative of Drogafonte in events of the pharmaceutical market as well as in events of relevance of the business environment.
