With over 20 years in the banking industry, I specialize in planning, setting up, coordinating, and growing complex internal communication departments within banking and financial groups. My strong interest in digital advocacy and belief in the power of technology to facilitate targeted stakeholder engagement and effective communication strategies has seen me devise communication plans to support senior management, enhancing the company's industry positioning and thought leadership. In addition to my corporate experience, I am actively engaged in academia, lecturing at the IULM University, Milan, for undergraduate courses and the Master’s program in Communication & Change Management. I also hold an executive role in ASCAI and EACD, and contribute as an editor for articles and texts featured in books and journals.I am also the founder of a culture and art company, focused on innovation and marketing with the aim to represent, narrate, enhance, and disseminate the heritage of territories, institutions, and businesses. This work involves harmonizing the analog and digital worlds using cutting-edge technologies, ultimately transforming ideas into projects that enhance heritage within historic family businesses, museums, foundations, historic homes, and territories dedicated to cultural and experiential tourism.Furthermore, I am also promote and enhance design on a global scale, with a deliberate focus on China.
