Main responsibilities: Property management, space management, patrimony, facility management and utilities management for 2.000 buildings, ~ 1 mil sqm, country wide.Plan, organize and direct all activities related to space planning, personnel relocations, collocation, maintenance and repairs, administrative services, warehousing.Act as budget owner for OPEX, define, monitor and propose action to reduce budget.Interract and collaborate with functions and / or managers of the company in order to build relationships based on trust and support in areas that inter-relate to facilitating the effective implementation of processes. Achievements:• Real Estate strategy: Portfolio segmentation, Scoring mechanism for cluster definition, Direction for each cluster in order to respond at significant challenges related to over-capitalization, high portfolio risk and low return,• Property Management standards: Measurement (rented area concept), space allocation, services and fit-out standards, • Facility Management strategy: Total Facility Management concept implemented, Optimize Facility Management processes in order to reduce client and service provider costs by eliminating redundant work and give freedom to use synergies between various tasks, improve time to response and communication by eliminating unnecessary interfaces and improve service quality by using the same centralized entity for solutions approvals. • Utilities strategy: sustainable buildings, optimization of consumption and tariffs

Main responsibilities:Managing all Vodafone properties in terms of development and maintenance. Optimize use of space, cost. Minimize time to market for new expansions in terms of building permits and real estate expertise. Functions covered by development and maintenance maintenance: - Stores rollout- Network RBS rollout- Offices- Warehouse

Main responsibilities:• Accountable for Finance project portfolio.• Responsible for Finance owned systems, in terms of business ownership.• Lead of 3 direction:- project management: project/program and portfolio management in behalf of Finance dept- Financial Systems: business ownership, 1st level of support for Oracle Application, business analyses for finance initiatives and expertise for financial systems; ensure all relevant SLAs are continuously monitored and met- Internal Control and Processes: Ensure overall SOX compliance for VF-RO through managing the process in accordance with Group instructions, Raise SOX Awareness, and importance within the company • Accountable for financial systems roadmap, correlated with finance strategic objectives for operational excellence• Develop productive relationships with other departments and ensure that there is maximum alignment and coordination across all relevant teams/ departments Achievements:• Successfully managed Finance Portfolio for 07-08.in parallel with upgrading 2 main financial systems• Developed a new team and new competencies within Finance departments: project management.• Improvements on processes: number of requests solved within SLA by 1 man-day has been increase with 25%.

Main responsibilities:• Accountable for Program/ project management activities for cross-functional projects and for VF Global projects, i.e. meeting the deadlines, within budget and with required quality.Projects/Programs managed in following areas: Enterprise Data Warehouse, ERP-Oracle Financial, Incentive Management System, Employee Contact Information .
