• Carried out the restructuring of a car park business by adding revenue streams, decreasing expenses by 18% and re-negotiating debt (EUR 10m) with two banks to accommodate cash flow payments. Led a team of 3 on running the day to day operations of the car park.• Re-negotiated a mortgage loan on a leisure complex (EUR 27m) to defer payment of principal allowing the company to invest the cash generated by operations in re-launching the complex.• Led a team to reduce company overheads. Developed, communicated and implemented a cost control plan on company overheads achieving savings of ~EUR 1m in the first 12 months. Designed and implemented a cost allocation system for civil engineering overheads.• Administered the budget and cash flow of 5 companies (total budget ~EUR 25m).• Arranged the conversion of an apartment building in the coast to hotel apartments. Established the selling channels through agreements with tour operators and other agents.

• Opened the company's UK office, creating the legal vehicle in the country. Hired and led a team of 3 people while also managing the sales team based in Spain (3 people).• Built and developed the sales network of the company in the UK, achieving solid partnerships with specialized Real Estate agents around the country; Developed the marketing and communication strategy for the channel (agents). Conceptualized and led the creation of a web tool for the agents to use in the selling process with the final client.• Encouraged relationships and developed strategic alliances with a number of developers selling in the UK to achieve commercial synergies by jointly promoting the developments distributed in different regions.

• Studied the land-planning situation of the available land in Madrid identifying areas of potential growth. This document became a key part of the strategic planning in the area.• Led the acquisition of a building in Madrid for a future luxury residential development. Coordinated the market study, financial analysis, due diligence and the architectural design of the building.• Supervised the budget and the construction process of three residential developments.
