Designed and implemented a cost allocation system for civil engineering overheads.• Administered the budget and cash flow of 5 companies (total budget ~EUR 25m).• Arranged the conversion of an apartment building in the coast to hotel apartments. Established the selling channels through agreements with tour operators and other agents.
