• Administered the budget and cash flow of 5 companies (total budget ~EUR 25m).
• Arranged the conversion of an apartment building in the coast to hotel apartments. Established the selling channels through agreements with tour operators and other agents.

• Opened the company's UK office, creating the legal vehicle in the country. Hired and led a team of 3 people while also managing the sales team based in Spain (3 people).
