After working several years as a software engineer, in 2010 I started a software outsourcing company with a good friend and never looked back. Today, UPDIVISON continues to grow and deliver. We have over 50 employees and collaborators, worked with businesses from 20 countries, across 10+ industries, and developed long lasting partnerships with our clients. As a CTO, I lead the product management, engineering and architectural efforts that go into building awesome software products. Apart from technical strategy and solutions, I try to enable learning and understanding at all levels. I work closely with developers, but also with our clients, entrepreneurs and corporations from all over the world. So I find myself shifting mental gears between technical specs and business needs quite a lot. And I love it.
