My work consisted of two parts. On the one hand, I was responsible for the workflow in several teams, on the other hand, as a member of the process management team, I was responsible for the efficiency of business processes.My last major project at REG.RU involved transitioning all our code from one programming language (Perl) to another (Python) before I joined Nexters.I, along with a team of agile managers, led a transformation within the company. This transformation led to the creation of 52 separate teams, each with its own goals and regular check-ins to track progress.I had the chance to work closely with many of these teams as an expert. My role was to understand their challenges, come up with solutions, and help them improve their work processes. I also worked on improving collaboration between these teams.Here are the teams I collaborated with:- Product teams- Service teams- The accounting department- The human resources (HR) department- The sales department- The technical infrastructure team, which included DevOps, the platform team, the architecture team, and more.As a result of this transformation, the company became more focused on its goals, and many processes became faster and more efficient. We got rid of a lot of unnecessary procedures.While working on these changes, I worked closely with the company's leadership and became part of a group of experts.Another important outcome of this transformation was that the company's structure became more horizontal. This means that budgeting and decision-making responsibilities were given to people at lower levels of the organization. We created budget committees to oversee budgets in specific areas, and expert communities were formed to make important decisions.Setting up and running these new structures was a challenging task. We had to define roles and responsibilities, set up mechanisms for addressing issues, and implement solutions, among other things.

I worked as a programmer in a team specializing in the development and maintenance of a domain registration system, as well as providing hosting and server space. This involved managing web servers, databases, and other infrastructure solutions. Additionally, it included creating and improving domain registration mechanisms, ensuring the reliability and security of this process. I worked as an IT specialist and was responsible for looking after the bank's computer systems in the region.A big part of my job involved travelling to different places in the region to set up new offices or fix existing ones. I had to put together and adjust computer and network equipment, including stuff like Cisco, which is important for the bank's computer system to work properly.As a senior IT specialist, I also worked with companies that provided internet and helped with setting things up, like installing equipment and making sure everything was working.I also had a team of three junior engineers that I supervised. Together, we made a small IT team that helped more than 1000 payment terminals and a bunch of ATMs work smoothly.
