As the Performance Producer (COO) of Hero Wars, the flagship product of Nexters, I coordinate the work of several departments within a common product contour, involving over 300 people. I set goals and objectives, monitor the efficiency of work processes, define the development strategy, and control the following of the plans. I also ensure the predictability and achievement of the product's performance in terms of volumes and deadlines.I have a solid technical background and a good understanding of the software life cycle, having worked as a developer before becoming a process manager and change agent.
