Single and 3-phase systems. Fault finding.• Lightning and surge protection.• Plumbing. Complete backup water tank setups with variable speed booster pumps on solar backup systems. Solar geyser and instant heat unit setups.• Welding. Made-up metal bracket supports for flood or spot security lighting.

HV Experience- Competency in entry into High Voltage Substations- Supervisory Skills, Manage assistants- Complete maintenance and installation of 66000V, 33kV, 132kV & 275kV transformers- Repairs and Replacement of essential parts in various Tap Changers (MR, FERANTI, ABB, H.SIDDERLY)- 11kV Switch gear, breakers and earthing unit repairs- Maintain Health & Safety documentation- House Keeping, Tool check lists & purification plant log sheets- Multiple Diagnostic testing on transformers- Trouble shooting on substation distribution protection circuits- Panel wiring, cable laying & routing from schematic drawings- Outsourcing & working with external companies: Cranes, Riggers & Hysters - Cherry Picker experience with overhead lines and busbar connections to transformers, CT.s , VT's, CB's- Brazing and tinning of copper bar terminations- Pneumatic Tools and equipment for various spray work and fastening applicationsOther Experience:Welding, Spray Painting (DFT & WFT), Fitting & Turning.
