By implementing accurate estimations and strategic planning, I was able to improve our task closure rate per sprint from 60% to a remarkable 100%. Additionally, my efforts led to a 20% improvement in the overall application's performance and significantly enhanced the stability and user experience of Salesforce integration. This project involves rebuilding the old system (using reverse engineering) from scratch with modern technology stack and the company's flagship tools and technologies.During the early stages of development, I joined the project team. A significant part of my role involved setting up team processes and best practices in alignment with SAFe principles, as well as conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to these best practices. As the leader of a medium-sized team of 11, I guided the team through project milestones, mentored team members in UI discipline, and promoted a culture of knowledge sharing. I was also responsible for maintaining team spirit and conducting performance reviews with subordinates.Documentation was a key aspect of my role, and I authored and maintained documents vital to the company's operations. When faced with project blockers, I took charge, collaborating with external teams to resolve issues.
