Appointed by the Founders to lead and develop the brand in the USA and open a showroom & atelier in New York City. Acting as an intrapreneur, I strategize and run the operations, marketing, business development, retail & wholesale sales, I opened an in-house atelier for the North-American market in 2018 and manage it.

I continued to lead the B2C sales & marketing (see below) and additionally oversaw the production of our in-house atelier (15 dressmakers & patternmakers). I was responsible for the forecasting of production capacity & needs, managing stock, and monitoring the team’s timely delivery for both Tailor-Made and Standard size production.

I led the B2B & B2C sales & marketing activities. I designed the sales practice and continuously improved it to reach an exceptional customer experience even with a fast-growing clientele volume.I monitored the collection’s performance and managed the B2C stylists’ team.I developed marketing collaterals and produced collections presentations.
