Contribute to the definition, management, and implementation of the Data / Information Architecture vision, guiding principles and design.

Responsible for envisioning, communicating, and evolving EIF’s Enterprise Architecture, by addressing its five key components – including organizational structure, business processes and strategies, data and information, systems/applications, and supporting technologies – and how they fit together and are expected to evolve over time, ensuring their alignment towards EIF's mission and vision.In particular, focused on the Information Architecture: where information is created, consumed and destroyed by the components that make up the other architectures; understanding which business functions and processes utilize information; which applications serve as the master record; and which technology components store and manipulate the information.Implementation, support and maintenance of the Architectural Blueprints, such as the Enterprise Data Model (complete EIF Information MAP) in order to provide the Institution with a comprehension documentation on its data at several levels of granularity (concept and physical data model).

Assume the Business Analyst role and contribute to: (1) streamline/simplify processes and procedures; (2) ensure the implementation of agreed revised/new processes and procedures; (3) the develop of information solutions and platforms to ensure smooth alignment with business needs; and (4) the execution/management of data quality initiatives.

Ensure alignment of Mandate Management, Guarantees & Securitisation and Microfinance solutions (eFront Solutions) with the business requirements aiming at improving productivity, providing the appropriate specifications, support and making the bridge between business and IT. Follow and manage the projects, processes and data management best practices, ensuring the implementation of corrective and improvement actions as required. Test those solutions and ensure a close cooperation with the service provider (eFront) project team (in charge of the various projects for EIF) to provide support and maintenance services.
