As the Lead Designer at UST, I bring innovations to life through designing user experience (UX) and creating effective and aesthetic user interfaces (UI), maintaining a strong partnership with our clients and internal teams. I work in the UST Innovation team, where, by conducting research on user and business needs and utilizing our deep expertise, we create solutions that change markets or even create new ones.I pay special attention to the development and motivation of the design team, helping to create an environment where everyone can develop their talents and grow professionally. My commitment to the continuous improvement of design processes in the company allows us to stay ahead and implement best practices in our work.I believe in the power of design that can change perceptions, shape experiences, and lead businesses to better outcomes.

The strength of Ukrainians is not in their number but in the quality of our minds. And strong sides need to be developed even more. Therefore, together with partners, we decided to create an environment where defense-tech Ukrainian startups will be born and grow. The first milestone was a hackathon, for which we gathered the urgent needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and passed these requests to the most talented developers to try to solve the set tasks within 48 hours. The best teams received awards, including from a prize fund of $20k.I acted as the team leader, I managed the process of creating the format and organizing the hackathon. Above that, together with partners, I was a visionary of the project.

My partner and I assembled a team of developers and designers specializing in creating custom branding, web applications, websites, and business analysis. We provided software development services for startups and small businesses.We made a significant contribution to the development of the electric vehicle infrastructure sector in Ukraine, particularly in the design and construction of infrastructure for EV E-Line charging stations. We worked in markets in Germany, Canada, the United States, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.

As a key member of the Localisys team from the very beginning, I specialized in designing UX/UI for a social media mobile app targeting non-qualified workers in the Australian market.I conducted thorough market and user research and developed branding that reflects the real needs of our target audience. My contribution covered the entire cycle from creating user flows and interactive prototypes to finalizing a fully functional UI, always focusing on delivering an intuitive experience. Additionally, through close collaboration with developers, I ensured that every aspect of the design was implemented properly, maintaining a high standard of quality.

I have started my design career as a self-taught freelancer. I took two of my first design projects on Upwork (second one was the iOS / Android app – platform for non-qualified workers).
