Building up/leading a highly talented leadership team of local product owners and managers with expert knowledge in electric vehicles, internal combustion engines, and light commercial vehicles to construct product strategy and planning, incorporate cross carline innovations, meet regulation expectations, and gather/synthesize information to create more effective customer relationship. Directly supervise program management team to oversee integral business operations including P&L accountability, from the development stage to go-to-market activities for the Renault Group brands in Korea.

Ensure profitability at each milestone and oversee the global business plan, lifecycle P&L management of the Koleos/QM6 products manufacturing at two facilities located in Korea and China.

Define product concept, positioning and ensure the competitiveness of upper range vehicles (Talisman/SM6, Koleos/QM6) in key markets (Europe, Korea, China), through market segmentation, customer targeting, value analysis, initial pricing and rivalry comparison with competitors in each market. Manage two-pillar D-segment vehicles on an international scale before and after launch.Strategic collaboration with Mitsubishi on new D-sedan for US market, while maximizing product/technical synergies with other Renault vehicles and coping with US customer needs.

Ensure engineering convergence of D-segment project (Talisman) and maximise synergies with other Renault vehicles using the same platform (CMF CD).Lead strategic engineering cooperation with Daimler on a new business opportunity in E-segment. Develop transversal processes to qualify and validate the partnership with Daimler and engineering turnkey vendors.

Manage D/E segment team of 2 high potential managers, in developing mid and long-term product lineup strategy of Renault Samsung Motors through market/competitors' in-depth analysis, and incorporation of customer intelligence to create more effective customer relationships.Member of Cross-Functional Team "Entry Ticket / Investment Cost Reduction".
