I am motivated by a passion for drawing, be it with a brush, pencil, or digitally. My territory is visual, images with their shapes and colors.I translate this into my professional work both as a designer and as an artist, through illustrations and sculptures. This is how I started my career: developing patterns for the textile and footwear industries. I went through other areas and, in the last few years, I have dedicated myself to design and bodypainting. In design I found a new way to apply my interests. I understand that my work as a designer translates into capturing essences and translating them into images, creating visual identities, packaging, and brands with personality. To think strategically about a brand or product, understand the needs and goals of each client and deliver to the consumer something beyond their expectations, yes, this is what identifies me as a designer.In Bodypainting in human anatomy, I perform a realistic painting, used as a teaching methodology in health courses. Besides this, I developed the ability to perform special effects make-up also used in realistic simulation events and classes.I was an art teacher in a traditional high school in Porto Alegre, where I was responsible for developing the students' interest and capacity for creative expression.I was a designer and coordinator of the packaging nucleus in one of the largest design agencies in Brazil, working for leading companies in their segments. Later, I started my own company (BHZ Design), which has been developing identities and strategies for brands, services and products for 18 years. In my trajectory I have experience as:- Brand strategist;- Packaging Designer;- Brand Designer;- Product Designer;- Digital design;- Art instructor and mentor;- Illustrator (2D and 3D).
