In that sense, my focus is on attention to detail and gathering key information to enhance individual and organisational talent.In addition to the above, I am currently studying in the area of HR Talentmanagement with the aim of expanding my knowledge in the development of human talent.That is why my personal motivation is driven by my constant desire to help others reach their full potential, which is why I am committed to excellence in everything I do.On the other hand, for the last two years I have been working as an administrative assistant for @Online Coaching Center, providing support in coordinating schedules, managing agendas for coaches and clients. Also, offering assistance in Coaching Sessions, among other things.Among other things I can mention that I have a passion for creating content aimed at personal development.
