I am an Organisation Consultant based out of Bangalore, and I work with individuals, groups and organizations. Some of the areas I am deeply interested in are: Gender, Inclusion, Diversity, Culture, Leadership Development and larger social issues in the world today. Understanding the salient features of the Indian psyche is of great significance to me. I have developed a framework and tools called the Existential Universe Mapper (EUM) for mapping individual orientation, organisation culture and the interface between them. This framework and the associated tools have been deployed in more than 100 organisations in India. I along with a team of professional colleagues are currently working on consolidating the data from these organisations covering over 5000 Indian managers to gain insights about the salient features of Indian corporate culture and its implications for organisational effectiveness. This will soon come out as a book.
