Over the last decade I have worked in various IT and business roles. I am currently employed as a senior digital BA with the Innovation Strategy and Change team with Irish Life, one of Ireland's leading financial services companies. In my current role as a digital business analyst, I support the formulation and implementation of strategic projects and initiatives that drive business transformation, innovation, and customer satisfaction across the organization with the delivery of high-quality solutions and services. Prior to this role I worked as a Senior Technology Services Engineering at Irish Life, where I provided technical support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure and systems. I also, have previously fulfilled a similar IT support role with Fidelity International and KPMG Ireland, respectively. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a continuous learner, who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow and contribute. I am highly motivated by the mission of Irish Life, which is to help people build better futures, and I am committed to creating positive change and value for the organization and its customers.
