SIGFOX is the first and only company providing global cellular connectivity for the Internet of Things, fully dedicated to low-throughput communications. SIGFOX is re-inventing connectivity by radically lowering prices and energy consumption for connected devices.I have held two roles within the company:1. My role as project manager was focused on projects involving technological innovation.This included:- Planning and Estimation - Develop the overall plan, ensuring that all deliveries are effectively planned, including managing scope changes- Coordination and follow-up of WP/Task, organization /participation to Project Working Groups and meetings- Stakeholder Management - Manage third-party partner relationships, communicate and report progress to steering committee and other stakeholders- Issue and Risk Management - Identify, quantify and track issues and risks in the project as well as mitigate and reporting of risks- Quality - Ensure team members work according to project methods and produces high quality deliverables and that customers’ requirements are implemented with highest quality- Team management: clarify and communicate key roles and responsibilities for the team and build a positive, collaborative working culture in the team- Communication - Interface role between internal teams and external parties- Reporting - Production of Project deliverables and financial reporting - Dissemination - Restitution of Project results to teams, for internal capitalization

2. Global lead for the design, launch, development and delivery of SIGFOX long term strategy for the academic industry. As International University Relations Program Manager at SIGFOX, I was accountable for developing a sustainable Sigfox program to drive the success of academic and educational adoption of SIGFOX's technology internationally. This involved developing innovative approaches to partner with universities internationally to integrate Sigfox’s technology into core curriculum, and to thrive research relationships at the graduate and post-graduate level. All of this, working in collaboration with SIGFOX's operators in 50+ countries.Key success included: - building up a digital community of 120+ universities in 30+ countries,- engaging 25 Tier I universities from USA, Europe, LATAM and China into SIGFOX’s Global University Program,- engaging 60+ universities in SIGFOX’s National University Programs in 15 different countries,- OPEN INNOVATION student contest for SIGFOX based projects on Hackster.io, the world’s fastest growing developer community for learning, programming, and building hardware (540,000+ members in 150 countries).Responsibilities also included the management of day-to-day operations and strategy in relationship with R&D, marketing, sales, human resources, finance, and legal departments, and working with deans, directors, professors and researchers to ensure a successful technology implementation and reach of both pedagogical and research goals.

TSE is a world-leading grande école/university in Economics (ranked 10th worldwide by REPEC) with 160 members recognized as international leaders in their different fields. J.Tirole, TSE chairman Professor, was awarded with the Nobel Prize in Economics Sciences in 2014.The TSE Digital Center (formerly Jean-Jacques Laffont Digital Chair) is an European research center of excellence for the digital economy, which combines the school’s own expertise with its private and public partners’ financial support and knowledge.The Center promotes research on areas such as industrial organization, competition policy, education, finance, culture and health. It is organized around four research focuses: - Financial Technologies and Digital markets- Digital Platforms- Analytics and Economics of Big Data- Artificial Intelligence and Society This initiative counts with the support of public and private partners: Accor, Airbus, Caisse des dépôts Group, Orange, Samsung, Société des auteurs et compositeurs dramatiques (SACD), Société des auteurs et compositeurs de musique enregistrée (SACEM), Société Générale. Among other, my tasks included:- coordinate and plan research programs and the work of the different stakeholders- track and monitor the progress of projects, their execution according to schedule and budget- managing relationships with institutional partners of the program (meetings, reports, etc.)- produce summary documents intended in particular to partners, public and private decision-makers and the press- contribute, in connection with the communication service to promote the program- organise scientific or professional events related to the activities of the Chair- participate in the actions of fundraising driven by the Foundation- providing a scientific monitoring on the themes covered by the program

EU Project Coordinator and Policy/Scientific Communication Adviser -- COEURE Project, TIGER Forum- COEURE Project (Cooperation for European Research in Economics):COEURE is a cooperative action financed by the European Commission within the Seventh Framework Programme. It is a forum which brings together the key stakeholders in the European economic research space – scientists from the different strands of economic research in Europe, users of economic research in the policy community, economic decision makers, and funders of economic research, and which, by a process of stocktaking, consultation and stakeholder engagement, is aimed to formulate an Agenda for Research Funding for Economics in Europe (ARFEE).Among others, my main tasks were: working on the project management and ensuring that all deliverables are submitted in time, reporting to the European Commission, coordinating the project phases and linking the EU Commission with the partners. - TIGER Forum: On June 2-6, 2014, Toulouse School of Economics held the 2nd edition of its annual TIGER Forum: an international platform for scientific exchanges and policy debates. The Forum's theme was "Global structures in expanding economies".My tasks in this conference were related to the scientific communication and scientific outreach of the event.

EmoTES: Emotions in strategic interaction: Theory, Experiments, logical and computational Studies (Université Paul Sabatier, LILaC Team)EmoTES focuses on the study of “strategic emotions”, namely those emotions such as guilt, remorse, moral satisfaction, envy and anger which arise in the context of strategic interaction. The primary aim is to emphasize the interplay between emotion theory and computational modeling of emotions by providing both a psychological theory and a logical model of strategic emotions and their cognitive structure.

MAELIA: Multi-Agent for Enviromental Norms Impact AssesmentMAELIA aims at developing a multi-agent model of law water management in the Adour-Garonne basin to simulate various scenarios of evolution of the social-ecological system in 2025.
