• Assist in operating and developing the e-commerce platform• Prepare and analyze e-commerce sales reports, execute e-commerce promotion planning• Responsible for data entry (including product information, upload new products, inventory control, etc), ensuring the accuracy of product information• Answer and follow up customer inquiries and complaints• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure thesmooth running of the e-Commerce daily operations

To manage and analyze performance of social media and all e-commerce platforms (website /HKTVmall)• Handle all operation support including order fulfillment and delivery procedures• Execute E-commerce marketing and sales promotions• Provide online customer service and manage all communicationswith customers in respond to product and order inquiries
