I've been practising mindfulness in meditation, zen, tai-qi and qi practice for 30 years and been guiding mindfulness and meditation in Asia and UK for over 20 years. Other than that, I also helped friends and people with my knowledge and skills with Traditional Chinese Medicine and hypnotherapy. The recent 8 years I researched in the relaxation effect of coloured light and nature film have also become parts of the mindfulness treatment that I am operating at Xin Ming Yuan Chinese Medicine Clinic in China since January 2017.
