First 3 years of work , I have had experience in Financial audit & Internal Audit industry in Accounting Firm.Subsequent years of work, main part of my job is in Sales Compliance field in Insurance industry. Key Achievement:- Undertaken review and analysis on Telemarketing business to improve on the quality of sales. Manage to convince the Management on the root cause of poor sales quality and recommended ways to improve on the business quality. 90% of the misconducts in Telemarketing has been cut down since 2019 until to-date. - Assist the Partnership Distribution to develop a Key Risk Indicator (KRI) Dashboard in 2019/2020 to detect potential misconduct arising from the intermediaries. With the KRI Dashboard, it helps the business to have an early warning sign of misconducts of the intermediaries to take steps to prevent further wrongdoing. Knowledge transferred to the first line for their monitoring purpose and in used until to-date. - Received several written appreciation and acknowledgment from the first line with the help and advice granted in terms of developing the Market Conduct Monitoring Framework within the Distribution channel.- Provide help to the first line in crafting their Framework/Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in their course of work, which include, localization of Replacement of Policies (ROP), crafting the Persistency Framework from scratch etc. During this process, has also help the business to identify issues/gaps and to make things right.
