Graduated as a master's student in global healthcare management at UCL. Owned a bachelor's degree in psychology and Asian studies from UBC, where I developed a strong interest in human behavior and culture. My core competencies include data analysis, communication, problem solving, and UX research and desgin. In my current role, I collaborate and gain alignment cross-functionally, completing multiple projects and using data-driven insights to monitor and improve campaign performance. I am familiar with Google Analytics and Tableau, and I stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities. I also have experience in customer service and marketing research, where I provided excellent services, worked in a busy environment, and analyzed trends and data in Excel. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the healthcare sector, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I speak Mandarin, English, and Japanese.
