Current• Builds a strong relationship with client based on trust, efficiency and passion for the brand.• Brings together multiple teams (creatives, media, sports, events, digital) from multiple time zones (Asia to Europe) to drive execution excellence of integrated communications solutions.• Identifies regional strategies to help client achieve its business goals and open growth opportunities for agency teams.• Guides and continuously supports junior team members, making sure they are well-trained and are growing in their roles.• Spearheads Toyota's "Start Your Impossible" campaign, the company’s inaugural global initiative hinged on the idea that everyone can conquer their own seemingly impossible challenges. This is a collaboration with 11 Team Toyota Athletes in APAC region, to showcase their inspiring stories after achieving the "impossible" at the Paris Olympics & Paralympics.• Oversees budget and ensures spending doesn’t go beyond agreed. Collaborates with finance team in setting financial milestones.
