Responsible for providing support to over 2,300 residents in 768 units. Increased resident retention and morale through outstanding customer service. Created and implemented Mobile Alert System to notify residents of emergencies, reminders and events via text message and email. Primary liaison between property and all vendors--acquire, recruit, and interview. Developed marketing and community outreach plans using social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Apartment Ratings, and Craigslist. Organized over 100 regularly scheduled and special events.

Instructed academic and fundamental lessons to preschool through first grade population, including developmentally challenged students. Enhanced skill maturity through interactive activities, cultural lessons, creative expression, and balanced classroom safety.

Planned and directed community wide recreation programs, special events, and support projects for after-school programs, youth sports, seasonal camps, and holiday festivals. Oversaw up to eight Recreation Leaders and up to 45 students at a time. Conducted demonstrations and presentations to community groups.
