Eunice Power is an Irish TV chef , broadcaster, founder and owner of ‘Andchips’. 'Andchips' is an upmarket take away offering convenient food without compromising choice, quality and sustainability. She is a keynote speaker, MC and is deeply passionate about business, people, community, food and creativity. Eunice is a resident TV chef for RTE's Today Show and a powerhouse and ambassador for Irish food and ingredients. She is director of West Waterford Food Festival, which she re-imagined and rejuvenated from the ground up. Eunice launched her gourmet catering company in 1991 and revolutionised the event catering industry. She brought her creative genius into unusual spaces from castles to arenas with incredible clients. Eunice has moved away from catering to focus on being the creative director of inspiring projects and events. She is excited to use her outside of the box thinking and deep well of knowledge differently. She is a leader, innovator and knows how to lead a team to deliver magic.
