• Provide support to Head Sales for assigned sales areas in handling inquiry, preparing tender bidding proposals• Liaising between Sulzer Pumps factories and sales representatives/agents, the customers, and other company disciplinary groups • Attend to incoming inquiries, prompt reply/acknowledgement to customer• On-time preparation and submittal of quotation/tenders to customer• Evaluate the customer pump application requirements to ensure that the company can produce a pump product that will satisfy the customers needs for competitive pricing while providing an acceptable margin • Assist sales representatives/agents and customers in the selection of the proper pump hydraulic performance to satisfy the customer’s requirements • Establishes or obtains accurate lead-times information from Factories• Liaison with Sales representative/Agents and Factories• Attend to customer clarifications and assist sales person to close the orders (including proposal revisions, customer presentations, follow-up and technical negotiation)

• Promptly provide marine engine/pump/propeller quotations to customers • Identify pump/engine models needed based on customer's specifications • Ensure that all quotations made are of acceptable sales margin as well as maintaining a record of equipments purchased by various customers • Handle technical product enquires • Liaise with owners, shipyard and suppliers• Ensure the accuracy of engineering drawings as well as documentations which is to be sent out to customers • Providing after sales assistance and scheduling manpower for engine commissioning and sea trials• Handle product warranty claims and technical queries• Attend Join Inspections/ Technical Meetings overseas
