Began career in Fine Papers with Bulkley Dunton (Linde Lathrop now xpedx now Veritiv) in NYC, 1986 fresh out of Creighton University. Worked my way up from assistant manager of the samples and mill order department to assistant manager of inventory. Transferred within company to Bulkley Dunton Publishing Group in 1991 and stayed with them until moving to Omaha in 1996 through an intercompany transfer to xpedx (ResourceNet) as the commercial papers senior buyer. In 2003, I was asked to work for Bulkley Dunton Publishing (out of the xpedx/Omaha office) and stayed until my husband's work transferred him to Dallas. I then worked at Ris Paper from 2006 to 2008. I worked for Cardinal Health for almost 8 years as an inventory coordinator. I have also worked as a buyer in the industrial industry with Wesco and Oil and Gas (Frac and Engines) with MGBryan Equipment.
