I am a health Information officer by profession and have experience with many types of data entry software. I do great at accurately inputting daily and monthly reports on morbidity, admissions and discharges into District Health Information Management System (DHIMS) and Epi Info, coded and mapped patient diagnosis with their respective ICD-10 codes into the Lightwave Health Information Management System (LHIMS).As part of the roles of a Health Information Officer, I do enjoy managing documents by filing, sorting and retrieving folders to ensure easily accessible records keeping system.
