I've spent the past decade working in HR and social media marketing. Specializing in branding, marketing strategy, and design, I managed social media accounts for brands including Legoland, Innisfree, Sony Pictures, Grab, OCBC Singapore & Malaysia, Cotra / Marigold, Sun Life and Castrol (Regional) during my time as Employee No. 1 of VML Malaysia (Digital Agency of the Year 2017). I was later poached by ADA to incubate and grow the social media team. We pitched for and won retainer clients including Timberland (Malaysia & Singapore) and Allianz Malaysia. In 2020, I managed the social media accounts for 13 APAC countries including JP and KR for Motul (for 6+ months).While working as the Employer Branding and Engagement Lead at Setel, I spearheaded the #LifeAtSetel campaign, boosting employee engagement and brand perception. In 2023, I became an advisor for MalaysianPAYGAP - a viral social media platform that aims to bring wage transparency to all Malaysians.
