[Labor Day Picnic 2013 / General Members Meeting / Committee meeting]★Labor Day Picnic 2013 (over 1500 attendees) *Partnership: -Coordinated business with suppliers to assure the success of the event -Recruited 10 new sponsors *Planning: -Developed 3 month workig schedule -Designed efficient site layout to accomodate the many changes received.Through performing my marketing internship at American Chamber of Commerce, I've took a great interest in sales and marketing. I was in charge of getting sponsorship for annual event – Labor Day Picnic. I put on my time searching possible foreign and Korean sponsors, called 200 companies, had business talks with them over 1000 times, and finally could get sponsorship from around 10 companies. My team could organize Labor Day Picnic well with total 86 great sponsors which is 50% increased number compared to number of previous year's sponsors. and it was successful picnic which over 1500 people visited. Through the work experience, I am confident in my business communication skill, sales and marketing ability.
