located at Shanghai in China Report directly to the President, Asian Pacific;• Draw up budgets and 5-year plans for Asia Pacific Sales;• Coordinate and lead respective country sales teams to meet budget and monthly, quarterly, or annual targets;• Arrange with sister companies in Europe and the US to develop global strategies on pricing and formulate long term business plans; • Directly oversee the Asean, China, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand markets, with indirect control over the Korean, Japanese, and Indian markets; • Develop distribution strategies for each country in the Asian Pacific region; • Manage planning and inventory at various manufacturing facilities; • Establish contact and conduct price/ volume negotiations with global customers (RTP) and key local customers in the Asian Pacific region;• Organize China exhibition show and quarterly sales meetings with local sales managers;• In charge of marketing new products as well as products targeted at niche markets;• Compile and collate market data and updated information on competitors.
