I briefly served as the CEO of VisionIn, providing me with valuable insights into the operations of a startup company. During my tenure, I presented our Minimum Viable Product (MVP), which featured a photo classification system based on user history at P&P centers in Silicon Valley. Despite our early-stage status, our team faced challenges in product development. Recognizing the need for further refinement, I made the decision to step down from my role and resume my Ph.D. studies.This period was invaluable for me as it allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of my true abilities. I found inspiration in observing the success of others who effectively managed their startups. Their achievements motivated me to further explore and develop my entrepreneurial skills.
