Since completing my official ICF-accredited coach training in 2019, I’ve helped countless individuals move from confusion, burnout, and overwhelm to a state of physical vitality, mental clarity, emotional balance, and deeper spiritual fulfillment. In the beginning, I focused on life coaching, business coaching, and wellness coaching, offering guidance in areas like family dynamics, future planning, intimacy, and navigating life transitions. My approach integrates a variety of modalities to unlock the powerful connection between the conscious and subconscious mind.UPDATE: After several years, I shifted my focus to the mental health and overall wellness of the masculine population, particularly men in leadership. I believe this group is often overlooked in terms of emotional wellbeing and holistic personal growth. Now, my work centers on supporting men in leadership roles who face the pressures of responsibility, guiding them to turn stress into strength, reclaim their health, and create balance in every area of their lives both professionally and personally. I empower these men to realign with their deeper purpose and thrive not just in their careers but in their relationships, health, and overall wellbeing.I also work with leaders simultaneously with their teams, helping to foster environments of collaboration, emotional intelligence, and resilience within their organizations. My approach is not just about individual transformation but also about creating healthier, more supportive team dynamics. I guide leaders and their teams in developing better communication, reducing burnout, and building a culture where everyone can thrive. By addressing both the personal wellbeing of leaders and the overall atmosphere of their teams, I help organizations achieve sustained success and a deeper sense of fulfillment for all involved.

Within GTS Belgium I'm responsible for maintaining mental health, wellness and productivity of the company owner and entire team. A big purpose of mine is forewarning burnout, depression and anxiety by making sure that the team at all times communicates openly and transparently and that they can feel safe to express their feelings, get guidance to overcome obstacles, and equip themselves with the best tools for a lifetime of feeling good, specially in the times of uncertainty, trials, different crises, structural shifts and other unexpectancy. Aside supporting the entire team, I'm also involved in the intuitive strategic advising and consulting when it comes to the decision making process, as well as mentoring how to access intuition when making vital decisions in both personal and professional lives.

Built a strong customer experience and lasting relationships with assigned accounts, facilitated the link between the customer and dedicated sales team, provided back-up services and support to other team members, resolved various workflow issues and managed customer complaints.

Maintained business relations with existing company customers to ensure smooth customer service, acted as a primary contact for the customer handle inquiries, ensured accurate and timely entry of orders, organized and supervised cargo delivery.

Took details of the caller's problem and used a clinical decision support system to help assess people over the phone, make appropriate referrals and give health advice to enable patients to manage their symptoms.

Managed business, undertook different translation projects to be outsourced to other translators, proofreaders and editors, supervised the translation and delivery processes, and did everything else that is to be required from a small business owner.

Carried out medical and clinical trial translations from Lithuanian into English and from English into Lithuanian for Zebra Translations Limited to be provided to the medical and pharmaceutical industries.

Provided administrative support for the Volunteer Engagement Manager at the Chase Farm Hospital and assisted him with recruiting.

Offered person-centred support to access the services and community interests and provided multi-purpose information and advice for disabled people living and working in Enfield, London.

Undertook translation and interpretation contracts, researched and analysed documentation for a number of industries ensuring consistent use of correct terminology and context, and implemented all of the above in the translation projects.

Taught English as a second language in various linguistic centres and schools in the region of Cairo for different age groups. Helped prepare for the IELTS examinations.
