- Responsibility for the internal implementation for a system virtualization project, ensuring that everything is working properly. This project also familiarized me with NoSQL databases, Docker containers and another technologies.- Handling incident tickets, working directly with the users (remotely and/or onsite) to resolve any issues and escalating the most serious incidents to the development team.- Managed IT environment, overseeing Windows Server domain controller deployed on Proxmox Hypervisor, ensuring security measures and operations through GPO and Policies in Microsoft Active Directory for efficient business environment. Also handled user administration and Office 365 tools.- Occasional maintenance to improve performance on the company's physical servers and switches. This includes changing components, updating BIOS or RAID management.- Participation in the company's production chain by cloning OS images via Clonezilla, assembling computer components, and verifying proper functioning of computer equipment before client delivery.- Development of scripts to be executed in CMD and PowerShell, to automate processes such as deployment and activation of Windows keys in systems, streamlining tasks in the production chain or also for creating restrictions from the Domain Controller.- Deployment maintance works using Ansible, developing Playbooks with defined tasks for unattended management.
