I am responsible for administering and configuring Salesforce, managing users, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure a secure and efficient environment. I design and implement automations using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex, as well as develop customized interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC). I perform integrations with external systems through APIs and manage data migration using tools like Data Loader. Additionally, I create reports and dashboards to facilitate strategic decision-making. I ensure the platform’s optimal performance through testing, deployments, and continuous maintenance, collaborating with commercial, financial, and process teams to optimize workflows and achieve business objectives.
