Computers and peripherals maintenance:- remote (TeamViewer)- on-site (PCs, printers, switches, WIFI Routers, etc)- Installing and configuring new machines, new printers, new server rooms (patching, wiring, mountingservers).- Troubleshooting basic problems with individual or multiple computers, server systems.- Installing and configuring Windows.- Ensuring a good operation of all computers and network devices and solving all the hardware,networking and software problems.- Purchasing of new equipment.- Ensuring a smooth operation of IT peripherals (printers, copiers, scanners, modems, routers, etc.)Software installation and debugging:- Installing or uninstalling, configuring and upgrading, troubleshooting desktop / laptop software (OS,apllications and utility software).- Providing end-user support for the proper use and operation of desktop / laptop systems, hardware,peripherals, software, and network resources.
