Facilitator of the Incident Management systems course. This is a course which focuses on the basic principles associated with Incident Management Systems (IMS) and covers organization, facilities, operational guidelines and standard terminology.Facilitator of Crisis Management and Critical incident stress program. This course focuses on building an effective foundation for the concepts and skills employed in crisis or disaster situations.Also a member of the Algonquin College Emergency Management Advisory Committee.

Responsible for processing crime scenes; developing, examining, and identifying fingerprints; photographing scenes, injuries, and exhibits; fingerprinting and photographing accused persons pursuant to the Identification of Criminals Act; present expert testimony in court; liaising with all investigative sections; provide feedback and guidance to patrol and other investigative units at crime scenes.Responsible for the supervision of Forensic officers in accordance with established policies and procedures. Also responsible for the mentoring of Forensic officers in all aspects of their career development.Commander of the CBRNe Forensic Identification team.
