Full responsibility on the company commercial / marketing / customer support function.- Present and sell company products and services to the current and potential future clients.- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify company's targets to reach goal. - Identify sales prospects- Prepare presentations, proposals and commercial contracts.- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.- Identify and resolve client concerns.- Prepare a variety of status reports for Management.- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, orfeedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.- Coordinate and control staff of sales, customer support, invoicing and marketing.- Coordinate and support the company's other staff to accomplish the work required to close successful sales.- Representing the company during various international events, conferences.

- Negotiating and contracting long term ground handling agreements according to IATA standards (SGHA, SLA, de-icing, ticketing and lounge agreements).- Coordinating relevant departments on the timely and accurate implementations- Pricing coordination.- Working closely with the Financial Department and Operations Department to ensure the best commercial and operational propositions.- Representing the company during various international events, conferences.
