As the Director of EVARA Beach Spa, I find myself inspired daily. Seeing our guest prioritize their wellness and self-care without the thought of guilt or indulgence is a welcome breath of fresh air. My passion for this industry combined with my ever-changing need for knowledge drives me to continually evolve, hence seeking the best of the best for our spa and wellness guests.My history of working with people in hospitality began at a young age as I worked in a small carry-out restaurant in my home town. I was also a salon attendant, a yoga instructor and an event photographer which all helped me understanding good customer service and how to speak up when needed. Many years of project and operations management in the technology industry taught me how to communicate effectively, work with a team from various backgrounds, collaborate with employees and think quickly during a crisis. Directing managers, supervisors and the overall operations of a spa is challenging and exciting. My professional history built a strong foundation to confidently lead and advise productively.
