I am an energetic, hard working, easy going individual who has experience in various fields. As a teenager to a young adult, I worked in childcare with children of all ages. I have experience in the service industry as a server and a bartender, which I did for 3+ years. I have worked in retail. I have also worked in the vacation planning / event & attraction ticketing industry with positions varying between selling tickets, booking hotel rooms and sporting and concert events through the phone and store front to ticket delivery / shipment for over 2 years. From there I continued in customer service and technical support. I then moved into a position where I was investigating issues for members and companies to find a resolution. These positions required experience in various CRM tools along with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Zoom and various other programs. This latter portion was through the same company for over 10 years.
