- Collating and maintaining the portfolio plan for the Divisional area. To include lifecycle and financial phasing: strategic alignment, priority ranking and resource requirements. - Assisting and advising in the production of project approval and set up documentation. To ensure these are produced and submitted in a timely manner. - Providing guidance on use of project tracking tools and to ensure these are regularly updated and maintained by project delivery teams. -Ensuring detailed project financial forecasting and actuals are undertaken. To assist with project closure and asset capitalisation - Promoting and supporting a consistent approach to delivery using the tools, templates and processes in use across all Technology projects. Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and arranging key stakeholder user engagement events such as Training- Reporting on overall Divisional portfolio and individual project health and performance. To include RAG status, delivery milestones, risks and issues and financial information. Where required attending the necessary Board meetings.-Analysing performance data and compile tailored reporting and dashboards to meet the areas and stakeholders needs as well as reporting and data compliance required by the Technology PMO. To highlight areas of concern in the delivery of projects so actions to mitigate issues can be taken. - Acting as the central point of contact for all matters relating to the Divisional Projects status and progress. To feed into the Tech Portfolio Office current status and to highlight potential future issues to enable a complete holistic picture to the maintained at overall portfolio level. -Providing direction and support to all members of TC and delivery teams to drive standardisation and activities to ensure alignment across all areas in TD&A
