- Arbo adviseur bij bedrijven: opstellen van de Arbo-RI&E, hulp bij het Arbo- en verzuimbeleid, controle van de werkvloer op Arbo & veiligheid, uitvoeren van interne Arbo audits.- HR-adviseur voor bedrijven, waaronder het opstellen van huishoudelijke (bedrijfs)reglementen voor bedrijven. Het uitvoeren van Medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoeken, assessments t.b.v. werving, selectie en persoonlijke ontwikkeling - m.b.v. de DISC-methode / PPA - persoonlijke profielanalyse.- adviseur en ondersteuner bij het invoeren van het ISO 14001 milieumanagementsysteem bij bedrijven. Uitvoeren van interne audits ISO 14001.

- co-responsibility for the development of new learning material on VET-level; - involvement in creating tailormade teaching programs for incompany trainings - co-planning the activities in Stivako for open enrollment.- Contact person for all (international) project activities - project management and administration, especially in international EU-funded project, aimed at - vocational training & education development programs- Ensures that the necessary teaching materials for these companies are developed customized and according to their needs and that existing course material for these companies is adapted according to the changing needs of the market including the development of new teaching materials resulting from new developments in the market
