As a personal trainer at F45 Training, I help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their health and well-being. I design and deliver effective and engaging workouts, monitor progress, and provide feedback and motivation. I also have experience in retail sales and customer service, having worked as a crew member at Coles Group and Hungry Jack's for over two years. I am currently studying for a Bachelor of Business degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at Griffith University, where I am learning the skills and knowledge to manage and lead sport and fitness organizations. I am passionate about fitness and business, and I aspire to combine my interests and competencies to create positive impacts in the industry.
