As a director of a community interest company that I founded, I help organisations in the voluntary and community sector to improve their communication, engagement, and impact. I have over six years of experience as a freelance trainer and consultant, delivering workshops, courses, and projects on topics such as Tackling Tech Assisted Abuse, Creating changes in the workplace and business planning. I hold a PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) Level 3 Award, and I am passionate about empowering and supporting people to learn and grow. I use my MA in Linguistics and my BA Hons in Communication & Society and Linguistics to design and deliver effective and engaging communication strategies and training programmes for clients.I also work part-time as a community engagement and fundraising specialist for a small charity that provides support services for people who have suffered significant trauma. I am also a trustee and treasurer for another local charity that offers support to vulnerable people in crisis. I value working with community organisations that make a positive difference in people's lives.
