• Operational management of teams in Costa Rica, Australia, UK, Malta and Bulgaria, including quality performance, staff’s holidays, absences, lateness, overtime and unsociable hours• In charge of department’s recruitment and organization of trainings.• Handle escalations from third parties, players, staff and other stakeholders.• Provide and distribute to relevant party feedback that has been required by Mgmt/other stakeholders regarding operational matters such as: BRDs, product guides, trainings, policies, etc.• Creation and processing of all licenses manual cashouts • Arrange funding and proper function of all payment methods available. Identify, report and solve any bugs or issues affecting transaction processing, admin tools or Cashiers for all licenses.• Morale boosting budget and reward and recognition plan development, execution and follow up.• Other special projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department Director

Setting up and move lines for all sports and special bets (propositions). Handle escalations by phone. Handle Agents and their groups of players. Manage personnel.

Customer Service by phone/chat/email to VIP Agents. Create new accounts and manage Agent’s weekly balances and figures. Deal with claims.
