Hr Generalist
Current- Preparing information for payroll regarding attendance, vacation, leaves of absences, etc., and working closely with Payroll Department on issue related to payroll administration
- Coordinating the performance management process, including ensuring all appropriate training is conducted, obtaining and organizing all performance appraisal reports, preparing documentation for performance improvement.
- Administering benefit plans, including enrolling eligible employees, processing changes in benefits for current employees, coordinating annual renewal and open enrollment process
- Administering the recruitment process and conducting new employee orientation
- Assisting in employees' immigration process, especially in working visa application and permanent resident application.
- Maintaining and developing employee materials
