Own the creative origination and development of new branded innovations, products & service offerings, and marketing communication solutions and commercial tools, ensure brand imagery equity and standard cross all regions. Develop and maintain brand book and brand guidelines. Supervise retail marketing projects worked in collaboration with regional commercial VPs. Own Asia brand & marketing communication strategy development, supervise China team for execution excellence to drive and support commercial priorities by strategizing & planning of long-term brand & marketing communication milestones and short-term communication tactics. Drive China digital & social communication strategy development and planning. Develop and review communication success matrix, drive learnings and actions based on consumer insights, ensure brand health on both traditional and digital communication path.
