It is also firmly rooted in a commitment to collaboration and setting others up for success through governance and innovation management, especially within large, service-based organisations.Having worked in academia, listed companies, Big Four consulting, and government agencies in Australia and Japan, I have gained first-hand insights into the innovation ecosystem from different perspectives, particularly market entry, cross-cultural negotiations, and governance management for universities and tech companies, including an Australian unicorn.I am the Founder of ‘If Innovation Could Talk,’ an interview program on LinkedIn and YouTube focused on purpose-driven innovation.I am currently working with the School of Indigenous Studies at UWA.
