Processed all invoices in JD Edwards for all the Indianapolis and Virginia Beazer communities. Set-up new vendors, helped with the year end 1099 process.

Process Canadian payroll, Process Verification of Employment forms, Input New Hires into ADP

Processed multi state weekly payroll for approximately 900 employees and 165 bi-weekly employees, processed garnishments, updated employees information, processed tax files to send to ADP and direct deposit files to send to bank.

I did all of the operation functions for the company. AP/AR, banking, payroll, Invoicing, certified payrolls, fuel tax reports, union reports. Kept Certificate of Insurance files up to date.
