•Manage and track the maintenance master data and MIE process by SAP/Facility Status Report system, include asset register, preventative maintenance plan setup according to maintenance methodology and strategy of Shell upstream.•Optimize the master data related to Changbei preventative maintenance (PMO) to reduce the cost and improve the process and work efficiency. •Manage MoC and deviation to guarantee technical integrity, prepare the monthly/quarterly KPI reports of Maintenance Integrity and Execution.•Familiar with the standard and requirement of Shell Asset Integrity and Operation Excellence, and participate in the assessment and audit of CB and Sichuan as an observer, include maintenance integrity execution process, operation integrity, hardware barrier assessment, process safety review, MoC workshop, ect.
