As my work has grown, I joined with a partner and together we bring different resources to our business.I have transitioned some of my major commercial real estate clients to invest in cannabis related and other ventures. We bring unique deals to our large international high net worth group of investors and strategic partners. APF deals include raising capital, investment, debt financing, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and licensing deals ranging from a few million to tens of millions of dollars. We have created an alliance with individuals and companies with access to hundred of millions of dollars. This will be based on fit. Our fee is based on successful completion and each deal is negotiated separately. APF focuses on: Cannabis, Hi Tech, AI, Energy, Medical Devices, Mining, and Commercial Real Estate. I have worked in real estate for over 40 years for various brokerages: Canada Permanent, Montreal Trust, Skolnick and Ryback, Trigold, Homelife/Cimerman Real Estate Ltd/Brokerage (1978-2018) and recently moved to Upperside Real Estate Limited Brokerage (January 2019).I started my career with residential and then went to industrial and commercial. I sold apartment buildings, strip plazas, syndication deals in the mid to late 1980s. Between 1986-1988 I took a brief hiatus from real estate to do more creative work in advertising but returned in 1989 selling commercial/industrial. I am still active selling commercial/industrial real estate.
